Meet our Directors

In 2009 Paul and his wife Christy planted Christian Challenge at California State University, Chico from scratch. Since then, they saw a movement of God with over 1,000 college students indicating decisions to become followers of Jesus, with many growing as disciples and learning to multiply their faith.

Paul recently took on the role as the National Collegiate Director for the North American Mission Board where he focuses on encouraging, inspiring and equipping collegiate leaders on 900+ college ministries across North America. He also recently launched a interdenominational coaching network for collegiate leaders called Campus Multiplication Network which has provided customized coaching for over 300 leaders from 15 countries.

Paul is the author of "Tips for Starting a College Ministry", “Do More With Less Time” and “The Fuel and The Flame: Igniting Your College Campus For Jesus Christ” with Steve Shadrach. Paul has degrees from University of Oklahoma and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Paul and Christy have two children Owen and Evelyn that he loves to surf and skate with whenever he has the chance.
