SBCC is situated in the middle of the Northshore, a community that is teaming with natural wonder and a diverse multicultural blend of people. Although there are only about 25,000 people that call the Northshore home, it always swells to more than double its size with visitors from around the island and the world! At SBCC, our heart is to be integrated in to this community and bring the hope of Christ. Below are some of the projects that aim at reaching our community:

Introducing TalkStory! Stories from the Northshore. We are currently producing videos featuring every day people from the Northshore. Soul Shaper

SURFBOARD SHAPING WORKSHOP

Soul Shaper is a community workshop where locals can learn how to shape from Mike Tuten, professional surfboard shaper. Mike has been a fixture of the North Shore shaping community for decades.
